                                                                          本機組采用制冷轉輪復合除濕機組進行處理。一般來說,制冷除濕機只使用蒸發器來降低空氣的露點。車間除濕機的特點是除濕量大,但出口空氣濕度仍然較大,一般控制在60-70%左右。旋轉除濕機具有在低相對濕度條件下,特別是在低濕度環境下連續除濕的特點,具有突出的優勢和發展潛力。為此,溫度T≤25±5℃,相對濕度RH≤50%。結合制冷除濕和旋轉除濕的優點,設計了除濕系統。該系統已成功應用于噴涂(造船)、制藥、化工等行業,效果顯著。


                                                                          車間除濕機是新型的空氣系統。夏季室外風溫濕度負荷最大,目前制冷除濕和轉輪除濕運行極為有限;冬季室外風溫較低,但含水量不大,而現在機組內置蒸汽加熱器將風濕病送至噴涂車間;在其他過渡季節,制冷除濕會進行一些動作,大部分濕負荷在轉輪吸濕干燥后送至室內。


                                                                          車間除濕機的工作原理是通過蒸發器降低空氣的露點,分析空氣中的水分。轉輪除濕機的原理是:轉輪除濕機的核心機構是一個連續旋轉的蜂窩轉輪,由于蜂窩上的小孔,提供了巨大的吸濕表面。采用高密封材料隔板將輪面分為兩個區域:一個是處理端270度風機除濕區,另一個是再生端90度再生區,潮濕的處理空氣進入該區域,空氣中的水分被轉輪吸收,干燥的空氣送去在風扇旁邊。除濕輪在處理過程中轉動不慢。當處理區旋轉到再生端時,高溫再生空氣將分解車輪內的水分并排放到外部。
